Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities
  • Schedule and manage client meetings and site visits
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients related to property and investment opportunities
  • Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • 1–3 years of proven sales/business development experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and strong in client relationship management

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Generate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and channel partners.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.

  • Conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.

  • prior experience in Team-handling
